1 The above-mentioned 5G monthly service plan is applicable to new connection/recontracting customers who subscribe to a service plan and agree to a 24-month commitment period. Also payable is an MTR/Tunnels/Mobile Licence/Administration Fee of HK$18 per month. 5G service launches April 1. This service plan uses 5G spectrum, which is only available for designated locations with the use of compatible devices. Actual speeds customers experience will be less than the specifications and will be affected by the device used, location, network conditions and other extraneous factors. In areas outside of our 5G coverage, you will be provided with a 3G and/or 4G Mobile Service.

2 These service plans include 150GB/300GB monthly local data with thereafter maximum uplink and downlink for data access at 2 Mbps/ 3 Mbps respectively. Actual speeds experienced will be considerably less than the network specifications and will be affected by Internet conditions, server speeds, network conditions, coverage, location, device used, hardware, software, usage levels and other factors.

3 For selected 5G service plan’s (8GB/ 12GB/ 80GB) data entitlement and top-up data will not support tethering and peer-to-peer (P2P) functions, such as BitTorrent and others, are not allowed when sharing network resource in respect of local data and local top up data. If a customer fails to comply with this stipulation, 1O1O reserves the right terminate service without notice. Furthermore, 1O1O reserves the right to charge an additional fee, in line with the prevailing service rates.

Δ Customers are required to subscribe to a service plan, choose a designated handset, subscribe to value-added services to the value of not less than HK$39 (if applicable) per month, and agree to a commitment period of 24 or 36 months. If registration of this Service via hotline or 1O1O center, a designated commitment period is required. When you subscribe to this Service, you will be randomly allocated a China mobile number (“PRC Mobile Number”). This PRC Mobile Number cannot be ported-out to other mobile operator. You can receive Short-Message-Services (“SMS”) via your designated PRC Mobile Number and send SMS to the applicable service provider(s) in mainland China and mobile numbers provided by the mobile service providers in mainland China on the Mobile App. The applicable service provider(s) in mainland China may be subject to change from time to time. 3.If the customer applies for csl. 5G VR App Service Plan (“the “Plan”) at the special offer of HK$68 per month, a 24-month commitment period is required. After the commitment period, the customer agrees to continue subscribe on monthly basis at HK$78 per month.
4.To enjoy csl. 5G VR App content, please download the csl. 5G VR App Android mobile application (the “Application”) onto your mobile phone (Android version 8 or above).
5.After-Hours can only be accessed via the Afterhrs.hk website (the “Service Website”).
6.To enjoy After-Hours service, please download the Now E Android mobile application (the “Application”) onto your mobile phone or tablet or visit the Now E website at http://www.nowe.com (the “Website”) to register for a Now E account. The Application and Website can only be used on certain models of mobile phones, tablet devices and personal computers; namely smart phones (Android version 7 or above), tablets (Android version 7 or above), or personal computers (web browser: Chrome, Safari Firefox and Edge (Windows 10)). 7.The After-Hours content made available or appearing on the Service Website (the “Content”) is restricted to viewers aged 18 or above, and contains adult elements, strong sexuality and disturbing materials, and is subject to regulation by the general laws of Hong Kong, including the Control of Obscene and Indecent Articles Ordinance (Cap. 390). In this regard, PCCW Media Limited (“PCCW”) will provide you with a Mature Content Lock PIN (“PIN”) to, amongst other things, access such Content. PCCW will not be responsible for any uses of the PIN provided to you to access and view the Content and/or the Service Website. You are responsible for checking the identity and/or age of any person who wishes or intends to view any such Content before you permit that person to view such Content and for generally ensuring that minors do not access such Content using your login details, PIN and/or password.
8. The Plan is available for subscription by 1O1O customers who have subscribed to the designated mobile service and data plans. The Plan is not applicable to the following service plans.

9.Mobile data used to access the After-Hours Monthly Plan on Now E in Hong Kong will be deducted from customer’s 1O1O mobile service and data plan.
10.Video quality depends on the customer's mobile device, service location and network coverage and performance. At all times only one video or channel may be streamed on the Service Website.
11.Now E, csl. 5G VR App and After-Hours can be used in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region for customer’s private domestic viewing only and must not be shown or exhibited for any public or commercial purposes.
12.CSL Mobile Limited (“csl”) is not the supplier of Now E or After-Hours, and makes no representation or guarantee as to its quality and accepts no liability for any matters arising from or in relation to same. Any dispute or complaint in connection with Now E or After-Hours will be referred to PCCW Media Limited (“PCCW”).
13.Now E, the Application, Website and Service Website are provided by PCCW; and the content on Now E and the Service Website is provided by PCCW and/or its licensors. The use of Now E, the Application, Website and Service Website is subject to the “Terms and Conditions of Now E”, “Terms and Conditions of csl. 5G VR App application”, and “Terms and Conditions of AFTERHRS.HK” (available for viewing at https://www.nowe.com/tnc/service, csl. 5G VR App application and https://www.afterhrs.hk/settings/sntermsnconditions) respectively.
14.If you decide to terminate the Plan, 30 days prior notice is required. If you select to terminate payable the Plan within the commitment period, you must pay the sum of the service fee within the remaining commitment period immediately.
15.The Plan Service or charges are subject to amendment without notice. csl and PCCW reserve the right of final decision.
16.The English version of this Terms and Conditions shall prevail over their Chinese version (if any) which is provided for information purposes only.

Service Plan Basic Terms and Conditions:
1. Intra-network SMS is text SMS sent within Hong Kong to 1O1O, csl and SUN Mobile customers and is subject to a monthly quota of 500 SMS units ("Quota"). If the usage exceeds the Quota, the Thereafter Charge is $0.3 per Intra-network SMS. Inter-network SMS is text SMS sent within Hong Kong to users of other Hong Kong networks, the charge is $0.6 per Inter-network SMS. International SMS is text SMS sent within Hong Kong to users of overseas networks, the charge is $2 per International SMS . Each SMS holds 160 English or 70 non-English characters, including spaces and punctuation marks. If the SMS contains both English and non-English characters, the limit of 70 characters shall apply. If your message exceeds this limitation, it will be transmitted in form of multiple SMS and each SMS will be charged.
2. Local Thereafter Charge for MMS: $2 per MMS.
3. The local Mobile Data service will stop when you use up the monthly local Mobile Data usage included in your Service Plan and will resume at the beginning of the next bill month.
4. When your local Mobile Data usage reaches around 70% and 90% or such other level as may be specified by us from time to time ("Specified Data Usage Level") and around 100% of the local Mobile Data usage of your Service Plan, notification will be sent to you by (a) SMS and/or (b) email (to the email address given by you for receiving Local Data Usage Alert after verification) ("Local Data Usage Alert").
5. We assume no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to send or receive any Local Data Usage Alert.
6. Not all devices support SMS and/or other services included in the Service Plan. You should check whether your device is able to receive SMS and support any services included in the Service Plan.
7. Unless otherwise specified, Service Plan included usage applies to local use only. For details on roaming and international charges, please refer to our website www.1010.com.hk.
8. Unless otherwise specified, Service Plan included usage will be calculated on a per minute basis. Any usage of less than one minute will be counted as one minute.
9. When you use the Call Waiting service and are connected to more than one telephone line, airtime will be calculated according to the total time spent on all connected lines during call waiting.
10. Any unused usage cannot be carried forward to the next bill month and will be forfeited at the end of each bill month.
11. Only certain devices support the 5G network.
12. Actual speeds experienced will be considerably less than the theoretical speeds obtainable on a network and may vary due to internet conditions, server speeds, network conditions, coverage, locations, the computer and device used, hardware, software, usage levels and other factors.
13. You expressly understand and agree that your use of the Mobile Service is at your sole risk, and the Mobile Service is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis and that we expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. ♦ 5G additional SIM cards Terms & Conditions:
An additional 5G SIM card is applicable to 12GB or above service plans only. Customer can subscribe to an additional 5G SIM card in respect of the primary SIM service contract period to a maximum of four additional 5G SIM cards. You are required to subscribe to each additional 5G SIM card for a commitment period of 24, 30 or 36 months. All additional 5G SIM card usage will be deducted from your service plan’s entitlement. Roaming charges apply when using an additional 5G SIM card overseas. If your service plan or any part thereof is suspended or limited, additional 5G SIM card service will also be suspended or limited. If your service plan is terminated, the additional 5G SIM card will also be terminated and you will have to pay an early termination charge. You will also have to pay an early termination charge if you terminate an additional 5G SIM card before expiry of the additional 5G SIM card commitment period. Terms & Conditions apply.
1. Additional SIM Service is only applicable to customers who subscribed to designated 5G service plans (the “Primary SIM Service Plan”).
2. You may elect to subscribe to Addition SIM Service with 1, 2, 3 or 4 Additional SIM cards. However, you can only subscribe one Addition SIM Service for one Primary SIM Service Plan.
3. Additional SIM Service is subject to a 24 Commitment Period, which commences from the date on which the last of your number is activated.
4. You must pay us Early Termination Charge, which is the monthly service fee for the remaining months of the Commitment Period of the Additional SIM Service (the “Early Termination Charge for Additional SIM”) if during the Commitment Period of the Additional SIM Service:
(i) you cancel and vary the Additional SIM Service (except for service upgrade in accordance with Clause 7 hereof); or
(ii) you cease to subscribe to Primary SIM Service Plan or other plans designated by us from time to time. In such case, your Additional SIM services will be terminated and you may not be able to use the service number registered to Additional SIM services.
5. If you upgrade your additional SIM services (e.g. from 1 additional SIM to 2 Additional SIM) during the Commitment Period for the Addition SIM service, no Early Termination Charge for Additional SIM will be chargeable by reason of such upgrade. However, the Commitment Period for the Additional SIM services will start to run from the effective date of such upgrade.
6. All usage of Additional SIM will be counted towards the usage of your Service Plan. Roaming charges will apply when you use the Additional SIM overseas.
7. If your Primary SIM Service Plan or any part thereof is suspended or limited, the services of the Additional SIM will also be suspended or limited.
8. Free Clubpoints is applicable to Club members subscribed to designated 5G Additional SIM Card VAS Package.

π Piggy Bank Service Terms & Conditions:
1. 5G Piggy Bank Service (“This Service”) is applicable to customers subscribing to a designated 5G service plan (including SIM/handset, Multi-User service plans) with local data entailment 80GB or above.
2. The monthly service subscription fee of This Service is HK$48 when a commitment period is involved. Customer must agree to a commitment period associated with the service plan concerned. The designated 5G service plan subscribers could entitle to This Service for free during the designated 5G service plan commitment period. This Service will be terminated automatically upon the completion of the commitment period. When subscribing to This Service, any remaining local data entitlement will be carried forward to the next billing month up to the end of the commitment period of your service plan. All remaining local data entitlement will be forfeited thereafter.
3. If you change your service plan, all remaining local data entitlement will be forfeited.
4. This Service is not among the designated VAS for selection in respect of Handset Plan subscription (if applicable).
5. You can terminate This Service by giving us at least 30 days' prior notice all remaining local data entitlement will be forfeited without any compensation.
6. This Service is not applicable to customers subscribing to a 5G service plan with the local data entitlement less than 80GB.
7. With regard to designated 5G service plan subscribers, This Service allows remaining local data entitlement to be carried forward to the next billing month, throughout the commitment period. The maximum local data entitlement residue that can be carried forward to the next billing month is equal to three times of your service plan entitlement.
